I’m Leah, the founder of brae.

Raised in Australia, based in Toronto, and built for the realities of fast, messy, high-growth teams.

Before starting brae., I spent years inside startups, scale-ups, enterprises and creative companies, leading people and culture from the inside. I saw how good intentions and fast growth could quickly turn into broken teams, burnout, and big missed opportunities.

I created brae. to be the kind of HR partner I wish more founders had access to. Someone who gets it, moves fast, and helps you fix the people stuff without the corporate fluff.

Now, I work directly with founders and CEOs to build better workplaces: ones that support growth, leadership, and real team performance, without sacrificing the human side along the way.
